At Loondon Arts, our historical map prints are made to order and prepared by our trusted printing and fulfillment partners, including Printful. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Free USA Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value. Any applicable expedited shipping options and charges, if offered, appear at checkout.

Where We Ship

We ship internationally where our production partners and carriers offer a valid delivery service. Destinations and available shipping methods depend on the item, print size, and delivery address. Shipping fees for destinations outside the United States are calculated at checkout.

Production & Delivery Estimates

Each print is prepared after you order. Printing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Production and transit times can vary based on product size, fulfillment location, carrier, customs clearance, and demand. Estimates shown at checkout or in notifications are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking & Split Shipments

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping information as your order is dispatched. Items in a multi-product order may ship separately, sometimes from different facilities, and may arrive on different dates.

International Customs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees. Unless such charges are explicitly included at checkout, they are the recipient’s responsibility.

Shipping Address

Please enter the complete, accurate delivery address. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Corrections cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has started, and reshipping fees may apply for an incorrect address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact us with your order number and any relevant photos as soon as possible. For a damaged or defective item, please report the issue within 30 days after delivery; for a package believed lost, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, so we can open a claim with the fulfillment partner.
